Kana is an exciting part of an experimental breeding by David Hopkins of Melchris Kennels. In hopes of returning to the dual champions of 40 years ago, David is crossing show and field lines to produce the springer who can do it all. Kana is ¼ field and ¾ show lines. She is showing tremendous potential in the field,earning her Junior hunter in four straight tries before her 2 nd birthday, and her Senior Hunter before she turned 3. She made a wonderful debut in the obedience ring this year, earning high scores and placements for all 3 legs of her CD. She is currently training for her Open and Utility work in obedience, and being steadied for Master Hunter.
